Raw Food

I remember the first time I heard someone say “raw food diet” I pictured raw broccoli, cauliflower and salad, a diet that I imagined leaving me starving and full of gas!!

Then I met Shawna Barker BSc, RHN at Synergy Nutrition who changed my idea of raw food completely.  Her passion for nutrient dense holistic food inspired me, her recipes and the food she prepares out of this world.

I has the good fortune to attend a raw food workshop with Shawna and have now incorporated much more raw food into my diet. I can feel the difference really feeding my body makes, and WOW I love it!!
